✔ Overnight Supervision & Resident Support
Monitor the safety and well-being of residents throughout the night.
Conduct regular wellness checks and document observations.
Provide crisis intervention and emotional support if needed.
✔ Facility & Security Monitoring
Ensure doors, windows, and common areas are secure throughout the shift.
Respond to emergencies or unexpected situations with professionalism.
Maintain detailed incident reports as necessary.
✔ Household & Program Support
Assist with light cleaning and organizing of common areas.
Prepare the facility for the next day’s activities.
Communicate overnight occurrences with day shift staff during shift transitions.
🔹 Qualifications & Requirements

As a QMHP, you’ll play a critical role in assessing, developing, and implementing treatment plans, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and guidance.

✔ Provide individual and group therapy in a structured setting.
✔ Develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs.
✔ Conduct mental health assessments and crisis intervention as needed.
