    ✔ Meal Preparation & Kitchen Duties

    ✔ Housekeeping & Facility Maintenance

This role is crucial in maintaining a calm, structured environment while providing overnight supervision and assistance as needed.

    ✔ Overnight Supervision & Resident Support

    • Monitor the safety and well-being of residents throughout the night.

    • Conduct regular wellness checks and document observations.

    • Provide crisis intervention and emotional support if needed.

    ✔ Facility & Security Monitoring

    • Ensure doors, windows, and common areas are secure throughout the shift.

    • Respond to emergencies or unexpected situations with professionalism.

    • Maintain detailed incident reports as necessary.

    ✔ Household & Program Support

    As a QMHP, you’ll play a critical role in assessing, developing, and implementing treatment plans, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and guidance.

    ✔ Provide individual and group therapy in a structured setting.
