Monitor the safety and well-being of residents throughout the night.
Conduct regular wellness checks and document observations.

Respond to emergencies or unexpected situations with professionalism.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will ensure that residents receive high-quality care, staff are supported and effectively managed, and our program operates in compliance with state regulations and best practices.
πΉ Key Responsibilities
β Program Oversight & Compliance
Ensure daily operations align with state licensing requirements and organizational policies.
Maintain compliance with all mental health and residential treatment regulations.
β Staff Leadership & Management
Supervise, support, and train Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Case Managers, and Clinical Staff.
Coordinate scheduling, performance evaluations, and team development.
β Resident Support & Care Coordination
